1. General Terms

By using this website or purchasing from CalNevAri Tack, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

CalNevAri Tack offers equine tack, accessories, and related products, including handmade, custom, personalized, limited-edition, and made-to-order merchandise.

Because many products are handmade or produced individually, minor variations may occur between items.

These variations may include:

  • Pattern placement

  • Stitching placement

  • Hardware positioning

  • Slight measurement differences

  • Color appearance

  • Material texture

Reasonable handmade variations are not considered defects.

3. Product Colors & Patterns

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors and patterns accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on:

  • Monitor settings

  • Lighting

  • Photography

  • Material batches

  • Printing processes

Pattern placement may also vary depending on how patterned material is cut and positioned during production.

Exact pattern placement is not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product listing.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information submitted is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Product availability

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment issues

  • Website errors

  • Inability to fulfill a custom request

  • Abusive or fraudulent purchasing activity

If CalNevAri Tack cancels a paid order that has not been fulfilled, the appropriate refund will be issued.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.

This includes:

  • Measurements

  • Sizing

  • Colors

  • Patterns

  • Hardware

  • Personalization

  • Product configuration

  • Special requests

Once production begins, custom, personalized, or made-to-order merchandise generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications.

CalNevAri Tack is not responsible for incorrect fit caused by measurements or information supplied incorrectly by the customer.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, product-description, or website errors at any time.

Discount codes, promotions, and special offers may have separate terms and expiration dates.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined.

7. Payment

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered confirmed unless another payment arrangement has been specifically approved.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, CalNevAri Tack may suspend or cancel the associated order.

8. Shipping

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

CalNevAri Tack is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Incorrect customer addresses

  • Holidays

  • Customs delays

  • Other shipping disruptions

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused package, or undeliverable shipment may be the customer's responsibility.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be subject to the carrier's policies and procedures.

Customers should promptly report missing or damaged shipments so that available carrier claims or other options can be reviewed.

CalNevAri Tack does not guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported missing afterward.

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and final-sale items are governed by the CalNevAri Tack Refund & Return Policy.

By purchasing from CalNevAri Tack, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are generally final sale once production has begun.

11. Proper Fit & Use of Tack

The purchaser and/or user is responsible for properly fitting, adjusting, inspecting, maintaining, and using all tack and equipment.

Animals vary greatly in size, shape, behavior, strength, and temperament.

A product fitting one animal does not guarantee that the same size or configuration will fit another.

Customers should ensure that all equipment is appropriately fitted before use.

If you are unsure whether an item fits properly, discontinue use until the equipment can be evaluated.

12. Equipment Inspection

Tack should be inspected before every use.

Do not use equipment showing signs of:

  • Fraying

  • Torn stitching

  • Cracked or damaged materials

  • Bent or broken hardware

  • Excessive stretching

  • Chewing damage

  • Weakening

  • Any condition that may affect safe performance

Tack and equipment are subject to normal wear and tear and should be replaced when necessary.

13. Animal-Related Risk

Working with, handling, riding, or being around horses and other animals involves inherent risks.

Animals may behave unpredictably regardless of training, experience, equipment, or precautions.

Purchase or use of CalNevAri Tack products does not eliminate the risks associated with equine or animal activities.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended activity, animal, and skill level.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CalNevAri Tack shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, accidents, or expenses resulting from:

  • Incorrect fitting or adjustment

  • Continued use of worn or damaged equipment

15. Product Modification

Modifying, cutting, sewing, altering, repairing, adding hardware to, removing components from, or otherwise changing a CalNevAri Tack product may affect its performance and safety.

CalNevAri Tack is not responsible for damage, injury, or product failure resulting from unauthorized alterations or repairs.

16. Intellectual Property

All original CalNevAri Tack content may be protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Product photography

  • Website graphics

  • Artwork

  • Original pattern designs

  • Product names

  • Written descriptions

  • Marketing materials

  • Promotional graphics

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use CalNevAri Tack intellectual property without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of any underlying artwork, branding, design, or intellectual property.
